What is Arena Training
Arena Training is GÜDSPORT's coach-led training program. Every session is designed and programmed by certified coaches who adjust every movement to your level in real time. Classes run on 4-week programming cycles so you can track progress and see measurable improvement. Group training with individual attention. Built for athletes at every level, from first barbell rep to competition prep.

Structured warm-up to cooldown. In, out, back to your day.
4-week cycles. Tracked weights. Measurable progress.
NSCA, NASM, ACE certified. Form corrections every set.
Four Class Formats
Three formats build the foundation. The fourth tests it. All four suitable for every fitness level. Coaches scale every movement up or down.
Pushing movements. Explosive power.
Pressing, squatting, and explosive power work. DRIVE builds the strength you need to push through resistance, whether that is a heavy barbell or the final stretch of a race.
Pulling strength. Structural resilience.
Rows, deadlifts, carries, and grip work. ANCHOR develops the posterior chain strength and structural resilience that prevents injury and keeps you training consistently.

Higher volume, controlled tempos, and targeted muscle work. FORGE is where you build the muscle that supports your strength, power, and durability work in DRIVE and ANCHOR.
